Our friends at The Broth Stop assisted us in creating this fantastic bone broth using our regeneratively raised, grass-fed lamb.
Unlike regular broth or stock, bone broth is simmered for 12 to 24 hours. This long cooking process extracts collagen, amino acids, and minerals from the bones, resulting in a thicker, richer, and more nourishing broth.
