Ben is the Market Garden Lead at Caney Fork Farms. His path to farming began during his time in the Navy, where he started learning more about food, where it comes from, and the powerful impact it has on our health. When a significant other faced a chronic illness, Ben was inspired to dive deeper into quality food production—eventually sparking a dream of becoming a farmer. Caney Fork Farms is a major step on that journey, as he continues to learn the principles and practices of regenerative agriculture with hopes of building his own regenerative farm in the future.
