Easy Peasy Meatballs

Easy Peasy Meatballs

Lauren @nashgirleats is at it again! She used Caney Fork Farms grassfed beef in Tennessee to make these versatile and easy meatballs. At the farm we like to mix and match our ground beef, lamb and/or pork to make juicy meatballs. Use what ya got! Enjoy.

Ingredients:

1 lb grass fed beef from Caney Fork Farms 1.5 cups grated Parmesan 1 - 1.5 cups Italian bread crumbs or 1 cup Panko crumbs. 3 large eggs 1/4 cup milk 3/4 cup fresh herbs like basil and parsley, chopped 3 garlic cloves, grated

1/2 yellow onion, grated on box grater and drained

Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all, season with generous amount of salt and pepper. Add additional 1/4-1/2 cup bread crumbs if too wet. Roll into 1.5-2” balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Serve with your favorite marinara and pasta!
